About Auntie L

I am a widowed Baby-Boomer who loves the Lord and seeks to do His will.

I am passionate about Christ and His message of love, repentance & salvation.  I love to share the Lord and His Word at any opportunity.  I believe the Bible is the infallible, authoritative Word of God.  I attend a non-denominational church and I’m licensed through Full Gospel Churches International.  My “internship” was under Reverend Martin K. Williams of Living Waters Full Gospel Ministry.  I currently minister in home missions.  If you want to know what I believe you can go to my website:  http://www.AuntieLsPlace.com

The first Bible verse I memorized (at the age of 10) was John 3:16 –

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

“Whosoever” meant me.  And it means you.  That is as “inclusive” as you can get.  Absolutely everyone & anyone can choose to believe and become part of God’s family.

I am passionate about my family.  I have two awesome children (a daughter & son) that I love with all my heart and of whom I am incredibly proud.  I have a wonderful son-in-law who served our country in Iraq and, thank the Lord, came home safe and sound.   I also have 5 awesome grandchildren who are, of course, the smartest, most beautiful/handsome, and perfect grandchildren on earth [just a little grandmotherly exaggeration :-) ...].  My extended family of aunts & uncles and cousins are vital participants in my life also.  God really blessed me when He placed me in such a big, warm, loving, crazy family as this one.

I am also passionate about politics and this great nation in which we live, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  I strongly believe that we, as Christians, have a “Cultural Mandate” to participate in the political process.  I vehemently disagree with any position that tries to marginalize the voice of Christianity.  I am a strong proponent of our 1st Amendment rights:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Thank you for visiting,

Auntie L

GOD BLESS AMERICA
